SAME-DAY PAYDAY & DIRECT DEPOSIT

Barrel House utilizes payday accessibility through direct deposit to your personal bank account; or elect to use the RapidPay Card system. The RapidPay Card is a debit card that gives you access to wages without a bank account. Use your card anywhere Mastercard is accepted, and use your card to make purchases online. The card also comes with a routing and account number so you can pay your bills online

HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE

Let’s keep you & your family healthy! Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance: Barrel House employees and their families are eligible to enroll in our health benefits plan after 60-days of employment while working an average of 30 hours per week. A percentage of the employee’s insurance premium is covered by Barrel House. *For tipped-wage positions, Barrel House reserves the right to deduct or hold funds. EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT

As a Barrel House employee, prior to your shift, or after completing your shift, you have the opportunity to receive a 50% discount on a meal. Receive a 25% discount for your meal even when you are not scheduled to work at the restaurant.

Barrel House provides eligible employees with Paid Time Off(PTO) to ensure our employees have the opportunity to enjoy time away from work.* *Depending on your position within Barrel House.
